For those visiting Guildford on a short break or business the Y Centre offers excellent 'value for money' bed and breakfast accommodation in central Guildford. This modern building is close to the railway station, and features 120 comfortable bedrooms, some single en suite, others sharing bathroom facilities with one other room. Single en suite rooms

Our single en suite rooms are newly refurbished and equipped witha Freeview colour LCD TV, private telephone with voicemail, ample wardrobe and desk space and a free internet connection via an Ethernet port. These rooms are designated as non-smoking rooms only.

Standard single rooms
Our standard single rooms have ample storage and are equipped with a colour television, private telephone with voicemail, desk and vanity unit. Each room shares the adjoining shower and toilet with one other room. A wireless internet connection is available on the ground floor. Guests may smoke in these rooms.

Twin en suite rooms
Our twin en suite rooms are equipped with a Freeview colour LCD TV, private telephone with voicemail, ample storage and desk. These rooms are designated as non-smoking rooms only.

Standard twin rooms
Our standard twin rooms are equipped with a Freeview colour LCD TV, private telephone with voicemail, desk and vanity unit. There is a shared bathroom and toilet located across the corridor. These rooms are designated as non-smoking rooms only.

Rates (from April 2011)

• Single en suite rooms cost £51.00 per night bed & breakfast
• Cost for a single room (sharing bathroom) starts at just £44.00 per night bed & breakfast
• You can stay for a whole week for just £255.78 (en suite) or £218.52 (sharing bathroom) and this includes all breakfasts and 5 evening meals! (reducing even further after 4 weeks)
• Per night a twin room is £62.35 or a twin en suite £67.39
