Are you aged 16-30 and looking for somewhere to stay for longer than 12 weeks? We may be able to help!
At Guildford YMCA we have budget rate rooms available for students and young people working locally. We welcome students from the neighbouring Academy of Contemporary Music, the GSA Conservatoire, the Law College, and the University of Surrey.
Our weekly rate is based on a single room and includes meals. Each room has a wash basin, colour TV, private telephone, plenty of storage and is comfortably furnished. The rooms are cleaned daily and the bedding changed weekly. There is an adjoining shower and toilet which is shared between two rooms. Breakfast and evening meals are taken in our award winning riverside restaurant. A wireless internet connection is available on the ground floor. Our facilities and location boast the following:
- breakfast provided every day and an evening meal Monday to Friday
- rooms cleaned daily with bedding provided and laundered once a week by our team of Housekeepers
- 24 hour access
- no Council Tax bills
- all electricity, gas and water bills included in weekly rate
- TV Licence paid
- reductions available for holiday periods (terms and conditions apply)
- located opposite the train station front entrance, a mere 2 minute walk!
- close to the Guildford bus station
- close to Guildford ’s night life including, pubs, restaurants, the Friary shopping centre, the Odeon Cinema, Spectrum Leisure Centre, parks and gyms
- next door to the Guildford ACM ( Academy of Contemporary Music)
- short distance to Surrey University & College of Law
All this for only £163.56 per week (first four weeks) then £144.31 thereafter (minimum booking of 12 weeks required and subject to a deposit of £600). NB There will be an annual price rise in April 2012.
