Group bookings

If you are planning to visit Guildford with a group of people Guildford YMCA is the perfect solution. We can offer conference rooms too if you need a meeting place.

Our modern building is close to the railway station, town centre, bus station and riverside walk. We have 120 comfortable bedrooms, mostly singles with some twin and twin en suite rooms available. Single rooms share a shower room with one neighbouring bedroom. Each room is comfortably furnished and has a wash basin, colour TV, telephone and plenty of storage.

Our daily rate includes bed and a hearty breakfast. The weekly rate inludes breakfast every day and an evening meal on weeknights.

Our popular conference rooms can cater for up to 70 delegates depending on the room layout. Our restaurant offers a wide range of buffet options and refreshments. Please be sure to advise any dietary needs and we can ensure they are fully catered for.

• Cost for a single room starts at just £41.00 bed & breakfast
• You can stay for a whole week for just £205.66 and this includes all breakfasts and 5 evening meals! (reducing even further after 4 weeks to £183.33)
• A twin room is £58.54 or a twin en suite £63.24

Please note these are the new rates that apply from 1 January 2010 with the increase in VAT.
