Jacket Potato Fork Buffet
Imagine a platter of steaming jackets with bowls of tuna mayo, grated cheese and coleslaw delivered to your room, along with a bowl of mixed green leaves and fresh fruit juice. Only £6.25 per person.

Ploughman's Fork Buffet
You may prefer a platter of ham with a selection of cheese wedges and crusty bread rolls. Add to this olives, mixed green leaves, onions pickle and relish. And to finish, choose from a platter of seasonal fruit. Only £8.25 per person.

Cold Meats Fork Buffet
Choose from a cold meat selection (ham, beef, chicken, salami and pate) to eat with pasta salad or warm buttered new potatoes. Add green leaves and coleslaw and some crusty bread rolls - enough to fortify any delegate. Only £10.30 per person.

To each of these buffets a Sweet Option can be added - choose from ether fresh fruit salad & cream, profiteroles with chocolate sauce or fruit scones with jam & cream. Or for a savoury finish, go for cheese & biscuits. Only £4.10 per person.
